It is more of a business hotel due to its location, however, the hotel has a complimentary car service that will take you to the CC Shopping Center and nearby Rodeo Drive.

The location of the hotel is incredible as it is very close to Beverly Hills and Rodeo Drive and within a 15/20-minute drive from LAX, Santa Monica, Hollywood or downtown.

Relatively convenient location (as long as you have a car or can use the hotel's compimentary car) is close to Beverly Hills & West Hollywood.

Very clean, *huge* bathrooms (separate tub and shower), lovely beds, friendly room service, and excellent facilities (we made great use of both the pool and the gym).

We had a lovely 2-bed room on the 10th floor, overlooking the Fox Studios.

The room was very tastefully decorated and the bed was very comfortable.

After booking with Hotwire, I called the hotel and put in a request with reservations for a nice room with a king bed and a nice view - plus, we had a flat screen TV, which was a nice touch.

The beds, look to be narrower than a regular queen-sized bed.

Restaurants: Ate the Grill Room for both breakfast and lunch during the course of our stay.

However, breakfast or dining at the hotel restaurant can be pricey.

The lobby was an amazingly elegant view with great views of the restaurant and bar.

A nice bar, pleasant restaurant and lovely pool area all seemed to combine to give a far better atmosphere than at the Intercontinental.

We ate in the restaurant there once only because the food can be a little pricey, but it was really good.

I was impressed with all aspects of the service from the reception (courteous and prompt), valet parking (extremely fast and helpful), concierge (very helpful) and housekeeping (thorough and unobtrusive).

I am not sure if its because we were Booked.net customers and they felt we were given suites(we did not ask for upgrades) or if Front desk just was being difficult, but the service staff on enquiry did tell me the hotel was not full.

The pool area was well maintained with continual attention by the housekeeping staff.

The hotel is gorgeous, lovely rooms, spa, pool and bar etc.

The gym was nice and FREE which for me is a huge plus!

Secondly, the price of wireless internet access was exorbitant (nearly $10/day!

A hotel of this caliber should have free wireless access, especially considering the amount of business clients at the hotel.

The only real issue was that the room - although it was immaculately clean - was a bit worn.

The decor and bathrooms was typical for a standard US 4-star hotel, nice marble countertops, very clean, nice shower.

We stayed in a standard room on the 16th floor and the room itself was spacious, clean, quiet, comfortable and had a great view overlooking Beverly Hills and even downtown from the balcony.

We tried to relocate but couldn't -- the hotel was full -- and it took two more calls even to get the room made up and a fan delivered to help clear the paint fumes.

Housekeeping "forgot" to clean room both days.
