A nice size unit with a comfortable decor. Nice beds, nice pool. Excellent and absolutely incredible location in the Burj Lebanese restaurant, near restaurants and bars.

came here for 2 nights with my children, everything was well-maintained. efficient staff specially the manager at the corniche restaurant and waseem at the reception and the location was wonderful close to the shore. really enjoyed my stay in this hotel.

The venue was fairly clean and reasonably large. Central location so close to the Lebanese restaurant, the sea after sunset and Intercontinental, really enjoyed it. Also, it was set only 1 km to Early Islamic Ayla. Was an amazing base for trip.

Exceptionally comfortable bed in the twin room, plus an electronic key card, coffee/tea making machines, and a work desk. Nice bathroom with a bath. Marvellous location to swim or want to use the beach, in the nice enough area.

Staff badly need customer focused training. Was told I couldn't have breakfast at restaurant as my breakfast was on level 5, despite being willing to pay to eat outside. Constant whistle blowing by life guards for rule infringements made relaxing around the pool impossible. Like being on a school camp, not at a 5 star hotel!

We had an amazing time in Aqaba! The location of the hotel was perfect, with a long beach just a short walk away. The staff were extremely kind and helpful, making us feel right at home. The breakfast buffet had a wide variety of delicious options to choose from. We also enjoyed the heated pool and free access to the spa, which included a sauna. The service on the beach was excellent, ensuring our every need was met. We were also impressed by the spacious and clean rooms, with beautiful sea views from the balcony.

The lack of included amenities in the room, such as toothbrushes and robes, which had to be requested.

I recently stayed at Intercontinental in Aqaba for three nights with my family. The hotel's location is fantastic, with direct beach access and a heated pool. It's just a short 10-15 minute walk to the city center. The room was beautifully decorated and comfortable, with a spacious bathroom featuring both a shower and bathtub. The restaurant had a great selection of local and continental dishes, and there was even a bar with a billiard table. The staff went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable, particularly at breakfast where they resolved an issue with our check-in. a highly recommended hotel.

A very nice modern hotel with an amazing pool. A very grand entrance way. A nice beach with dedicated swimming area. Security staff are great fun and friendly.

No complaints apart from…. I really hope the manager reads this and lets the bar staff update their Bryan Adams and Eagles albums - drives you slightly mad as they go round and round and round. And I hope he complains to the local government about the boat that arrives daily around 1pm, full of young men, and anchors out the front of the beach for a couple of hours playing really bad 80s Ibiza tunes and destroying the peacefulness of the beach area with the music and jet skis…
