The location is perfect right next to the habor and all of the events are in walking distence.

Nice location--close to all the inner Harbor Attractions and this place is great on service.

The hotel is a short $9 cab ride from Penn Station.

And, really, I'm not a stickler or anything, but this is a hotel where to get a cab you need assistance, and there was none on offer.

Our room had a large HD tv, a separate tv in the bathroom, enormous tub and shower, canopy bed, and sitting area.

Professional service, high quality rooms, great beds, Philips flat screen TV, good bathroom.

Since I am not familiar with the workings of a hotel, I was not aware of this policy and was caught quite off guard when a room with one bed was offered for my group of four adults.

Both rooms we stayed in had flat screen tv's in the bathroom, one of the rooms had a HDTV plasma as the main television.

I called the front desk to request maid service.

Front desk, bellmen and concierge went out of their way to make the stay wonderful including recommendations to local restuarants.

Strangely the rooms smelled stale-they are dark-service staff nice-but afraid when new four seasons opens this hotel won't hold top rank.

Front desk people were helpful and accommodating, especially Roland, the concierge on duty our first evening in town.

We took a peak at the fitness center, and were impressed to see an outdoor rooptop tennis court, raquet ball court, decent-sized pool, and ample fitness equipment.

It's a shame, because the pool and gym are nice, but it was very frustrating to stay there.

For recreation, play an hour of racquetball on the hotel's court while the kids relax in the spacious new indoor swimming pool.

Room was exceptionally clean and the food was very fresh.

The lobby is attractive, I found the staff to be helpful (for example, they were all too willing to let us check in a few hours early), and our rooms was clean, elegant, and quiet.

The rooms were quiet, perfectly white glove clean, and in much better condition than the Reinissance Inner Harbor which was pricier and shabbier in comparison.
