  Luxury of the room and the courteous staff, good choice of restaraunts.

  I ordered meals from the hotel service, was not as expected and drinks also were ridiculously expensive. The variety of alcoholic beverages was disappointing and the concierge was not helpful at all.

  Not the most ideal location and good business hotel. Also the price was absolutely ok in my opinion, i think we paid 24000 krw and lobby was rather huge. Staff were very helpful and great room and the service was top notch. Afternoon tea was excellent.

  Great location and good hotel. The lobby lounge is very nice, staff are friendly and large junior suite, I would say over 50 square meters. The fitness club is well equipped and is a private members club, breakfast is fantastic. S facilities are modern.

  Good location and decent Hotel. The rooms are cozy, interior is nice and staff are professional and speaks a variety of languages. Bathroom is similarly huge and the breakfast buffet is amazing. Employees are very polite and friendly.

  Location very good nearby lotte department store and nice place. From price point of view the worst is the lobby ‘café’, the maid service is very attentive and the bed is comfortable as are the rooms. Wonderful breakfast in the morning on the ground floor.

  The receptionists at the lounge were able to sell me the bus ticket to the airport and hand to me, staff and quality of food was great, the service that was given was excellent. The room itself was beautiful and we ordered burgers and pizza and were satisfied.

  Very convenient from the airport since the kal bus goes directly to the gih and a good place. In particular, the lobby lounge is spectacular and the service is always quick and to our satisfaction. S rooms are well furnitured.

  The room offers a good view of the coex towers and Seoul city skyline, excellent hotel. Great looking lobby and bar/restaurant area, polite staff. The bed and the huge bathroom, a wonderful breakfast buffet.

  Worth the 10 minute walk to view the buddhist temples and grounds are in use daily, best hotel I have been tto, the staff here are also not bad. Rooms are well placed, all the facilities are good.
