  The service we received throughout our stay was magnificent, the staff were friendly and spoke English, that aside, the room was decorated wonderfully and was very comfortable.

  View from our room was very good and value for money was extremely poor. The staff were excellent, the hairdryer was barely functional and the internet service was sketchy.

  Bed was very comfortable and restaurant area on second floor was very pretty, the only good thing about the hotel was the location, all the staff were extremely professional. The room was impeccably clean, the food was excellent.

  Great location at the the top of the Spanish steps and about 20 yards from the metro, the internet problem seems to exist at all of the big hotels in Italy, the rooms are clean and the beds very comfortable. The staff is very helpful and friendly to American travelers.

  Location is great and this charming hotel is just above the Spanish Steps. The classic rooms are small as are many in Europe.

  Reception staff are not up to expectation, 40 per person breakfast buffet has no real substance and prices at the bar and at dinner are insane.
