  The friendly, excellent English speaking staff checks in efficiently, large rooms.

  Bad design, oasis above a busy train station and also, the pillows were a tad uncomfortable. The breakfast was bizarrely expensive.

  The strings location is perfect, shinigawa station has great local train/subway connections and the hotel is amazing for a city centre hotel. Customer service is excellent, the concierge is very helpful and the breakfast in the restaurant was included for all club rooms, and is adequate.

  Great location and view, Shinagawa is a good station to start to explore the city. The hotel itself is modern and the lobby and dining area are beautiful. Excellent staff and ben, one of the concierges, is terrific, thank you ben, the bathrooms are adequately spacious, the front desk, restaurant and housekeeping people are all really nice.

  City view was nice and the hotel rooms were very large and elegant. The lobby bar area had an excellent range of spirits and service was great. The water was hot, the breakfast was AMAZING and the concierge was very helpful.
