The breakfast served in the restaurant was very good, and the views quite nice, staff were extremely helpful throughout the stay.
The bed was very comfortable, other breakfast options were available at extra cost.
Moreover breakfast was very poor because the staff lacked experienced.

Great service and location, our room, not on the canal side, was over the top comfortable. The hotel was superb and for the money was very disappointing. The staff were attentive, the concierge was very helpful and the shower was amazing. Complimentary newspapers were also available, breakfasts were delicious as well as dinner and the gym was perfect and overlooked The Amstel.

The rooms are spacious, and the view is gorgeous, this hotel is totally awesome, the building is beautiful. The staff is the absolute best and all the concierge are very helpful. The bathrooms are superb, afternoon tea is fantastic and the swimming pool is immaculately kept and very clean.

The canal side location is used to great effect in the lounge, restaurant and bars, the hotel has beautiful exterior and interor and is perfectly located along the river. The rooms are spacious, decorated in a classic style and very comfortable, the staff members are nice and ready to help. Concierge team is excellent.
