  Reception area was awesome, since I am an ambassador member at the intercontinental hotel upon my arrival I was upgraded to premium suite and christmas Decoration was so nice and Elegant. Service was good and i stayed in the new Club room. The mini bar was very well stocked, complimentary coffee/te maker was there and the Mexican selections were delicious.

  The toilet was smelly and 1) The pool was simply closed off till next summer.

  The public areas are fine, the taxis here are cheap and i like to come again again to jordan to stay at intercontinental hotel. The service is excellent and the bathroom is large too. Restaurants are attractive and the alcoholic beverages are considerably more than typical. Gym are adequate.

  Good location, other stuff and clean and comfortable as at home. At reasonable prices, nice lobby and happy attitude of the staff. The room was certainly luxurious and the food was great so do the service.

  Location does not allow for other dinning options, i really enjoyed my stay intercontinental in all aspects whether in the room the many outlets in the hotel include a tasty Indian cuisine and the Executive Floor service is excellent. You need to be much better at making food, most of the good wine seems to only be red and the atmospher & facilities are very well.

  Location is central and i would have to say I have never experienced such remarkable stay. Moreover everyone on the staff is great and the rooms are very comfortable and modern. Indian restaurants are good, we particularly enjoyed the use of the the free facillities in the spa is open 11pm.

  Good choice of shops and nice hotel. From hailing a cab to offering complimentary coffee in the lobby and other staff. The room was clean and we enjoyed the delicious buffet breakfast at the club lounge has served a variety of items.

  The breakfast area was poorly ventilated that you would practically wear your food on you, the Intercontinental hotel in Amman was awesome and the staff was very welcoming. Moreover bathroom were as expected and restaurants were very good. At night we had a mouth watering dinner at the Burj Al Hammam was amazing and unforgettable.

  Their location near the shops of second circle is excellent, the hotel is such a peaceful place in Amman and the service is very good. The rooms are spacious, there are lots of different choices for dinner as there are at 3 restaurants there I think and indoor swimming pool are great.

  Pool area was well maintained, the staff was hospitable throughout the hotel and the nightly turndown service provided delicious sweets. The room was fine and food was good.

  The business center was great and the Lebanese restaurant in the hotel was *very* good. The staff were nice, as for the rooms I stayed in the new premium suite were very spacious and the breakfast was tasty.
