Elegant reception with efficient check-in, we had a beautiful suite with a huge separate bedroom, huge walk in wardrobe and large well lit bathroom with a swing out make up mirror.

The bed was very comfortable family environment breakfast was very nice staff were very curtious and helpfull, food was good, the pool facilities were great.

Excelent trained staff, comfy bed and tanjoure restaurant has excellent food.

Rooms are beautifully appointed - we used the business options package to get a suite: well worth it.

Pool bar are very scenic and we didn't order the expensive breakfast.

Buffet breakfast extensive including "pork products" ie 'real' bacon and a chef cooking omelettes at your request.

The hotel is a five minute taxi ride from downtown Al Ain (modern shopping mall, myriad shops and restaurants plus the weird and wonderful falaj oasis system which is just behind the bus depot!

Tanjoure restaurant has excellent food, but Luce was a disappointment -, cold pizza and a wailing singer.

Breakfast was amazing, the pool was nice to relax in.

Furthermore staff was very friendly, the employee were very helpful and respectful, room was spacious and comfortable.

Has a very good staff and snacks around the pool are also excellent value.

The proximity of a shopping attached to the resort made our stay even more convenient and najam at the reception was very polite.

The Intercon in Al Ain was great and all the staff was very helpful.

The pools were fantastic - there was something for everyone right from the baby pool to the jacuzzi and the breakfast buffet was amazing.

The rooms are clean and comfortable, the landscaped gardens and pool areas are lovely, the staff seemed a lot friendlier this year, the gym is popular and our experience of the restaurants has always been good.

The pool area was excellent and hotel poolside activities were great fun.
