I stayed in the room that was kept very clean and available with a beautiful view:)))

Lovely staff despite the best efforts of staff, had terrific stay.

As trekkers and a group of friends, we loved the breathtaking views of the sea from our premium ocean room. The staff at the hotel were extremely helpful and friendly, going above and beyond to assist us and even delivering a reheated take-away pizza to our room. The property offered a wide range of water sports activities, perfect for our adventurous group. The wifi worked flawlessly, even on the beach, and the villas were spacious and well-designed. The check-in process was unique and enjoyable, with a panoramic view of the water.

Felt so well taken care of, there was nothing to complain about.

I liked the location of my villa-room at the beach garden. Also the panoramic view from the hotel-lobby is impressive.

The hotel need urgent renovation. Everything is old fashioned and out dated. Design of interiors and exteriors has to be redrawn. Good news : the hotel plans an overall renovation next year. Bad news : the hotel was very disappointing at all levels at this time.

The villa was exceptional and restaurants were good. The kids liked the activities. The shuttle service and The Edge (computer room/movies/books) were convenient.

The morning buffet was limiting and the cleaning service was pretty sparce. (dishes not picked up on numerous occasions). The tailer shop was rude and barganing for higher prices was I thought was inappropriate for a hotel shop.

The hotel was high-class and absolutely stunning with hard-working people despite the best efforts of staff. The location was quiet and nice, close enough to the beach and back, the ocean to one side and a mountain valley on the other and Jungle safari.

Everything excellent - room, cleanliness, staff, food, service, beach access.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The staff went above and beyond to make sure I had a relaxing and worry-free vacation. Yana especially was amazing in arranging transportation and taking us to the beautiful beach. The cleanliness of the hotel and rooms was spot on. The hotel facilities were top-notch, with multiple pools to choose from and a stunning view from the Airbar. The location was perfect, with a breathtaking sunset view and easy access to the beach. The breakfast offered a wide variety of delicious options, and the staff was friendly and attentive.

We were blown away by the stunning location of the resort. Perched on a cliff, the views of the ocean were breathtaking. The private beach and six pools provided ample opportunities for relaxation and enjoyment. The Club Ocean View Room exceeded our expectations with its stunning ocean views. The club benefits, including a personal butler and free minibar, added an extra touch of luxury. The resort staff were extremely attentive and went above and beyond to make our stay unforgettable. The variety and tastiness of the breakfast options exceeded our expectations. We also enjoyed dining at the Amber restaurant, which served delicious Thai food. The hotel bar offered a romantic setting, with live music and a beautiful sunset view. The spa provided a lovely retreat with a variety of therapies to choose from. Despite a few minor drawbacks, such as the outdated gym and occasional mistakes in service, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend this 5-star resort. we had an incredible experience and would love to come back again.

The quiet and peaceful location of the hotel was perfect for a relaxing getaway. The hotel staff provided excellent service and were very helpful and friendly. The design of the hotel, especially the private villa with its stunning sunset view, was impressive.

There were some negative aspects of my stay. One major disappointment was the room.

stayed at a nearby resort in Taling Ngam, but Intercontinental Samui blew me away! The views, the friendly staff, the clean rooms, and the fantastic WiFi exceeded my expectations. Muay Thai classes and water sports were a great bonus too. Highly recommended!

I had an amazing stay with breathtaking views from the room and common areas like the lobby and gym. The hotel also had great water sport activities available for free. The staff was friendly and welcoming, especially the two guys at the beach who were very helpful. The bathroom was lovely with a big shower and excellent water pressure. The hotel also had great WIFI speed and quality.

Had an amazing Christmas vacation here! The complementary drinks and desserts they offered during the holidays were a nice touch. The location was perfect, with stunning views and a nice beach. The pools were also amazing, with plenty of places to relax and soak up the sun.

The only downside was that the hotel was not very accessible for people with mobility issues, so if you have any difficulty walking or climbing stairs, it might not be the best option for you. Other than that, it was a great experience and we really enjoyed our stay.

intercontinental koh samui resort in taling ngam exceeded all expectations. the sincere, warm staff went above and beyond in taking care of my family during a difficult medical stage. the spacious rooms, beautiful beach, and added amenities like free transportation and meals made the stay perfect.

Transportation to the resort was far, from the airport and other places.
