The city free transport city ticket is a great bonus, the hotel has an ideal location: next to public transport and breakfast is.

The location next to the main railway station is excellent, provides free travel on the Schwebebahn - a unique experience and restaurant staff is very friendly and informal.

Great central location and park our car at free Zoo Car Park.

The location near the station is the main attraction.

We saw an interesting accident during our stay, a bus colliding with another bus.

Bed sheets had holes in them and were stained.

The hotel has a good view of the schwebebahn, staff very helpful and the air conditioning did not really manage to cool the room down.

Superb and friendly service, the room was very spacious and comfortable.

However, the hygiene leaves a lot to be desired - especially in the bathroom.

The maids hair was all over the toilet and dried on.

Very helpful staff, the bathroom very practical and great food in the Fleming's restaurant.

is diffinetly your no 1 choice and the breakfast is great.

The buffet breakfast was very good and dinner was just fine.

To our opinion the breakfast was the best.

During our stay there were several big groups (students from Asia) in the restaurant, which made it a bit noisy.

In addition provide high quality service, the rates are always excellent and desk staff is fine.

Convenient to the centre of city and clean hotel & helpfull staff.

However, this is where the good service stops!

The hotel was once a great hotel but simple customer service issues and lapses in housekeeping have caused problems.
