Clean and silent room, the free use of the computer.
chose to eat out as we thought the breakfast cost was high, the reception staff were very helpful as we struggled to understand the German instructions for using the printer.
The lady on the reservations were very helpful - they held my reservation till I transfered the money through bank and room was comfortable enough to accomodate even 3 persons.
