这家酒店的员工是我见到过的最为糟糕的酒店员工,酒店里所提供的早餐和服务也不好,但是酒店所在的地段挺不错的,挺方便的.
另外还有一家商场,里面有各种各样的餐馆还有商店.
房费有点贵,不过考虑到早餐是包括在内的,而且所有的S bahns地铁、U bahns地铁还有公交车都是免费乘坐,也算物有所值了.

The free city travel offered, a good hotel ideally situated for anyone arriving by public transport as is accessible directly from the concourse of the Ostbahnhof and a great bonus was the public transport ticket for Berlin is included in the room price.

The location is very convenient and very easy access to city center via metro/train/s-bahn) Internet terminal is cheaper at trainstation than hotel.

The location in Ostbahnhof allows fast moves, very reassuring in a foreign country and great value-add getting public transport ticket.

Public transport card that is included in the package provides for easy access to the rest of the city, of course free public transport ticket for all of Berlin.

SOMEWHAT CONFUSING, THIS IS NOT IN MAIN TRAIN STATION BUT FIVE STOPPED DOWN THE LOCAL LINE.

Great hotel, staff quite kind and the bed was neither too comfortable nor uncomfortable.

The staff here were very helpful and the rooms were clean - especially the bathrooms.

Location was extremely convenient and we tried the restaurant in the hotel one evening - the food was quite good.

Modern furniture, excellent buffet breakfast and quick Check-In.

Because the hotel is located above the Ostbanhof train station, it was super convenient to get anywhere. We asked for a non-smoking quiet room when booking from the hotel website and ended up at the end of the 2nd floor in a large handicapped room facing the internal courtyard. It was quiet except at 9:00 each morning when the cleaning staff headed out to start their rounds banging carts and chatting in the hallways. The front desk staff was friendly, helpful and fluent in English.

Great location and comfortable stay. Reasonable prices, good service and fast and efficient check-in. Excellent room clean and the reception staff were very friendly as were the bar staff. The breakfast was actually quite nice.

The free travel around the city was excellent and the windows were facing the square in front of the hotel. The staff here were very helpful and the rooms were clean - especially the bathrooms. The restaurant was good value for money.
