The hotel was excellent with excellent and stunning location close enough to a taxi, Avenida Paulista, and Faria Lima.

I had a fine experience here, everything was good, the location was favourable adjacent to shopping mall, Faria Lima and 9 de Julho, and restaurants. The food I tried was good and they have lots of meals to choose from.

I was pleasantly surprised by the spaciousness of our two adjoining rooms at Address São Paulo Faria Lima By Intercity. The beds were extremely comfortable and the neighborhood felt very safe. The breakfast offered a good variety of options and the hotel staff were friendly and helpful. I would recommend this hotel for a convenient stay in São Paulo.

The staff provides excellent service and the rooms are equipped with basic amenities. The highlight is the spectacular shower in each room. This hotel is a hidden gem in a quiet area of São Paulo, close to everything. You'll be pleasantly surprised by the value for money, with affordable prices that won't break the bank. The attention to detail is evident throughout, from the well-informed and attentive staff to the basic amenities provided in the rooms. Speaking of rooms, they are clean and comfortable, with a spectacular shower that will leave you feeling refreshed. The breakfast spread is more than sufficient, with a variety of options to start your day off right.

The hotel had an excellent location near restaurants and shopping centers, as well as a great view from the top floor. The gym and swimming pool were well-maintained and perfect for a romantic escape.

The location is alright, but it can be noisy at times due to the aircrafts flying overhead. However, the hotel is situated in a quiet part of town and it is close to basic amenities. Guests can enjoy the fantastic coffee maker and full set of toiletries in the room. The swimming pool is not really great as it's more designed for babies alone.

The elevators on the property are not user-friendly, they are always jampacked and sometimes have up to a 5-minute wait.
