Perfect location on the corniche with wide windows and close to the center square, casino, museums, and perfume factory. Extremely helpful staff, clean and spacious rooms. Surprisingly cheap for this prime location.

I stayed in a hotel located near the heart of this city, making it very convenient for me to explore the town center. The cleanliness of this hotel was impressive, and I was delighted to find out that the room had been newly decorated. The staff were helpful and friendly throughout my stay, and the view from my balcony was amazing.

The condition of the bathroom, broken bathtub faucet, bathtub liner with large crack and so on.

This hotel is perfectly located in the heart of town, just a stone's throw away from the central square. The rooms are clean and comfortable, with a good shower and even the option of a balcony. The staff are friendly and always ready to assist with any concerns or questions. Additionally, the breakfast offered here is a great way to start the day, with a variety of options to choose from.

The beautiful wiew from the balcony and the sound proofed windows. The town itself was not too interesting.But used as a stopover quite OK and there were some restaurants to choose from

Very very friendly welcome. Very clean room. Nice breakfast on the terrace. You can compose your breakfast. Room with a view on mountains and sea. Hotel is near town centre. Hotel offers 24h stay in town carpark for 5 euro. Airco is nice. Spacy room and bathroom

Stayed here during Easter with my partner, the staff was friendly and helpful. The room was quite spacious and clean. The best part was the location, we easily walked to the square, casinos, museums and perfume shops. My partner loved the wide window that had a great view of the sea. Plus, the room rates are really cheap!

We were let down by the beds, we requested a double bed, and got two twin beds instead, making it very uncomfortable. the corridors needed more lighting, especially during the night.

The staff were very helpful and considerate. However the reception area appearrs a bit dated and needs to be more welcoming. More fresh air would also help create a better atmosphere. Breakfasts were prompt and served on time. All staff were always very helpful and could not have done more.

The internet service was intermitant, althought understand we were in a room close to the source.

The location is very food for visiting Grasse museums and city.

great location, close to attractions and restaurants. Motorbike parking available. Previous stay in Grasse exceeded expectations. Hotel Panorama had a perfect room with a comfortable bed, clean bathroom, and a great view from the balcony. No need for assistance from reception with the given main door code. WIFI worked well.

The location of the hotel is I think its best asset.

If you happen to be allocated a room that looks over the internal area of the hotel, then it can be very dull and boring and, indeed, it is a sad sight that makes you want to leave straightaway. If, however, your room looks onto the valley and onto rue honore cresp, then it makes a very big difference - then it is very bright, airy, roomy and since it is double glazed, the noise below does not bother you at all. The problem is that when I made the reservation on the net, I was not aware of the fact that clients can choose between the inner rooms with no view at all and the external rooms that are nice and bright but which have an extra charge of ten euros - and it was only after we spoke to the patron, that we were given a different room .... and my god, how different it was then !!!
