Cleaning of the room was satisfying

they don't speak any single word in english

We booked this hotel for convenience to Arras which we wanted to visit because of the WW1 history and also Vimy Ridge because of the Canadian connection as one of our group is on holiday from Canada. We found the hotel a little hard to find initially but once there it was convenient for what we wanted.

Some people may have thought the location a bit noisy as the high-speed train litrack was very close by and the trains seemed to zoom past approx every 3 - 5 minuites. However, I can't say it bothered us, we were so tired after long days sightseeing that we all slept well inspite of outside noises.

The hotel was close to the motorway network.

The hotel was unable to provide a cot bed for our baby despite us having asked for one and been given the impression that one would be available when we booked, we would not have stayed here if we had known.

Parking next to room.

Although on a main road, it is difficult to find the entrance. We could only access from a country lane at the back.

Pleasantly surprised by the high standard of the hotel - your website photos and description do not do it justice! It was very clean, staff were very welcoming, breakfast was good, rooms were great, much better than we expected.

Restaurant very good. Rooms adequate for one night. Good value.

Difficult to find direction Arras - Douai. However having turned round and taken direction Douai to Arras there were two signs and then it was easy to find. Not in the village.

Spacious rooms.Good shower room, Beds very comfortable Good selection of food at breakfast Very good location for personal visits in the Arras area.

Rail trains were distracting although did not disrupt my sleep

Convenient location close to a1, easy & free internet, breakfast was ok.

Small bed, door not closing well, open, uninteresting location. Overall just ok to stay for 1 night while travelling.

Enjoyed the meal and wine I had!

Decor in the hallways and to room a little drab

Very clean good facilities and parking. Good value.

Small niggle. No direct access from D950 as directed by sat nav. Turn right off roundabout into village and first left follow Hotel sign.

Its in a nice isloated spot. No traffic noise but tgv trains do make a noise

The noise from the room upstairs was terrible. Floor creaked like crazy. Very difficult to find the hotel

Spaceful room, large carpark, quick and efficient reception

Soundproofing should be improved, and general cleanliness is rather poor.
