Convenient location, includes wonderful sea-water swimming pool and comfortable hotel located right next to Biarritz Airport.
Excellent location: across from the ocean and staff were friendly made you feel welcome.
The hotel has a fantastic location and clean and friendly staff.
Easy drive in to town centre, the main reason for staying at this hotel is proximity to airport: just a short walk.
Also because it so close to the airport, 1 or 2 planes took off very early in the morning which scared the hell out of us the first time as it sounded like they were coming through the wall!
Finally found extra bed under double bed, but when pulled out, no room to move around or get to toilet without climbing over everyone.
The room was small, the bathroom was in a good size with a good tub, the shower curtain is a minus.
The young lady at the reception was helpful enough, clean and the bed was comfortable, breakfast was good value at 7.
The only problems were that even though there was a "Do not disturb" sign on our door the cleaners still barged in while we were both in bed!
In addition cleaning staff to be very friendly and helpful, hard beds are good you like a very firm matress.
The restaurant served some great food and wholly satisfactory facilities.
The location is excellent as a jumping of point and price of rooms is very reasonable as is the price of meals in the hotel restaurant.
Great buffet breakfast served till 10am at weekends.
Friendly the atmosphere generally in the hotel was too and the staff were very helpful and kind.
On arrival there was plenty of parking and the young lady at the reception was helpful enough, Spoke good english.
Went to reception on foot as phone didn't work.
Returned to reception after another 1/2 hour of thumping sound.
This time receptionist went out and thumped on the car to try to wake the occupant but only succeeded in waking up every other guest in the hotel.
Hotel staff all courteous and helpful, clean comfortable rooms.
Was excellent value for money, bathrooms were very nice and clean.
Good value for money, friendly staff and the rooms were very clean.
