Overall the hotel represents reasonable value, staff were polite and helpful, in the room everything was perfect.

Its location was fine if you dont mind getting taxis to Ibizia town for decent resturants as the local 'strip' is pretty much all english bars.

The only con I found was the distance to anywhere else on the island, north south, airport, ibiza town, clubs or beaches all seemd to be a E30 cab ride.

In a five star establishment you would expect that the hotel would provide transport either to or from various places on the island if requested.

The positive aspects of the hotel: wonderful bed, the staff helpful and friendly, a staircase from the room led up to the private rooftop Jacuzzi.

The bedrooms come in two styles, rooms and suites.

The hotel is a beautiful building and the room itself has a good size bathroom.

Our room was very spacious with a fantastic sea and pool view and a massive and beautifully finished bathroom.

The rooms are fantastic, large with exceptional bathrooms, again of very modern design with a good size balcony.

Also in contrasts to the excellent breakfast the rest of the food was a little disappointing.

The onsite restaurants are quite expensive but the food and service is excellent.

The main resturant at the hotel serves a very good buffet style breakfast and ok evening meals.

I found that of the four Dining options,only the poolside restaurant drew much attention,the remainder were hardly patronised at all.

Or the restaurant the paellas are really nice.

The remaining staff, receptionists and concierge, were less professional and could do with some customer service training.

Everything in this beautiful hotel lived up to our expectation and the staff friendly.

The hotel is fantastic and the staff are great.

We' ve travelled to Ibiza for a quick stay and good service.

A lovely pool area, fantastic hotel and wi-fi in the lobby is free.

The pool is lovely and kept very clean, and has a smaller jacuzzi pool attached.

Breakfast was a huge spread and served on the pool terrace.

Large bath and brekfast enormous fresh buffet very nice.

    A lovely pool area, fantastic hotel and wi-fi in the lobby is free. Also service is excellent and the beds are large. Restaurants etc look wonderful and facilities are good.

    Far away from the mess of Ibiza center and the Insotel Fenicia in Ibiza is one of the best hotels my wife. All the staff are friendly, the rooms are fantastic and the Tanit Restaurant is also very good. The pool is lovely.

    Situated in a quiet area next to the beach and stylish hotel. Staff very friendly and professional, well appointed bedrooms, the breakfast is the best I have had anywhere. The pool is very nice.

    We' ve travelled to Ibiza for a quick stay and good service. Big and comfortable rooms, hot buffet, one smaller pool next to the large pool.

    Ferry port short walking distance away, prices were a little steep at the bar.
