I had a great value for my money at the hotel. The room was cozy and well-appointed, not feeling cramped at all. The location was perfect, right in the heart of a cute shopping plaza but still peaceful at night. The staff treated me with utmost friendliness and were always ready to help.

The morning meal could have been better with more variety in the breakfast buffet.

The location of this hotel is fantastic - it's conveniently close to the U-bahn and train stations, making it easy to travel around Bonn. It's also surrounded by shops and restaurants, adding to the vibrant atmosphere. The basic amenities provided were of good quality, and our room was spotlessly clean. The breakfast offered a splendid variety of options, ensuring a satisfying start to the day.

Recently renovated room, air conditioning, bath robe provided. Internet (via cable, available in the room) available for a small nominal fee.

Room and bed may be small for two persons - good for one. Impossible to make dark in the room due to transparent bathroom door.

My visit to Bad Godesberg was to meet members of my Daughter in laws family and found the hotel excellent in terms of location and easy access to travel around the area sightseeing. The hotel is very convenient for shopping and pleasant walks. We will certainly return to the Insel Bad Godesberg Hotel on our future visits to the area.

Location just next door to restaurant as well as the museums. Also, to Bonn City centre. Magnificent location, large and scrumptious breakfast with variety of food.

It was a nicely decorated and ideal hotel in a pedestrian area, adjacent to the capital, shops, bar and restaurant, and public transport-buses. There was a superb bar and great food at the in-house restaurant: D

This hotel is a hidden gem in the heart of the city. The location is perfect, situated on a bustling pedestrian square. The staff are incredibly friendly and helpful, going above and beyond to ensure a comfortable stay. The rooms are clean and well-maintained with comfortable beds, providing a good night's sleep. The breakfast spread is impressive, offering a variety of delicious options including a hot chocolate that rivals those in Paris.

1. The mattress is not comfortable. After sleeping overnight, one does not feel relaxed. Sometime the body aches. 2. The hotel should provide coffee maker in each room. This is now a practice even smaller and cheaper hotels worldwide. This small gadget is extremely useful for travellers.

I really enjoyed breakfast. It was very good quality. I also loved location of Insel. Although it is located right in the center of Bad Godesberg it was very quiet.

It would be nice if they have WIFI.

units with the view. location: the hotel was right by both train and tube stations, and public transport-buses. we went to pizza casa, located only a short distance to the property, to have some dinner.

This hotel is a fantastic find in a great location. Situated in the center of a pedestrianised square, it offers easy access to everything. The staff are incredibly helpful and go above and beyond to ensure a pleasant stay. The rooms are well-appointed and come with comfortable beds, ensuring a good night's sleep. Additionally, the breakfast selection is delicious and varied.

No improvements needed, everything was great.

Convenient location and good breakfast choices.

The weather in Bonn was hot and the rooms are poorly ventilated. The room was facing west and used to get heated in the afternoons. Even on agreeing to pay, the hotel staff did not provide a table fan. Therefore, nights were horrible and sweaty. It is high time the hotels in Germany consider the summer periods and install ceiling fans or make provisions for ceiling fans. The charges of the room are hefty and this should be easily possible to provide. Another point I have raised many times is provding tea/coffee maker in the rooms. It has become a worldwide practice even in many poor countries. It is high time hotels in Germany and Europe provide these.

This hotel at the centre of Bad Godesberg was excellent. The room was large and comfortable with all the facilities you might need and spotlessly clean. The staff were pleasant and attentive without being intrusive and the breakfast was very good with a large choice.

We had to have the window open to keep cool at night and this meant that we had some early morning noise from the square, but this was not a major problem for us.

Had an amazing easter break with my partner at this hotel! Loved the fact that they offered complimentary gym and spa baskets in the room, making our stay even more relaxing and enjoyable. The location was key, right in the middle of a bustling pedestrian area, with easy access to public transport and main roads. the breakfast was fantastic with a great selection of both sweet and savory options that we devoured every morning.

The hotel seems outdated from the outside, but don't let that fool you. The car park at the back of the hotel was a bit crowded and inconvenient, but didn't detract from our overall experience.

I booked two colleagues into the hotel for a long weekend for the un Conference. They were delighted with all the facilities, the food and the service, so thank you very much indeed. I would recommend your hotel to other travellers.. Marie N. Mottley
