The hotel had a great location, close to the train station and easy to find. The staff were really friendly and helpful. I also liked that the mini-bar had inclusive soft drinks, it was a nice touch.

It took forever to connect in my room and I wasted so much time trying to get it to work. The shower being in the middle of the room was weird and uncomfortable.

A huge variety restaurants to eat close by, like La Zucca that was only 15 minutes' walk away. The hotel is within short walking distance to a train station❤

I recently stayed at Innside By Melia in Munich for a few days while backpacking through Europe. The hotel was extremely clean and tidy, and I was pleasantly surprised to find that the mini bar was free. The wi-fi was great, allowing me to stay connected throughout my stay. The staff was truly awesome, always going out of their way to help and provide useful information about the best places to visit and how to get there.

Would recommend this hotel.

Friendly staff and close to public transportatiuon

Very industrial area and no place to walk or run

The hotel is modern, rooms are big, nice style (exactly as it's on the pics); free soft drinks from mini bar are very pleasant; it is perfect for business trips. Accessible from S-bahn station by foot about 10 min. A big mall only 10 min on the bus.

The hotel is situated in the industrial area, so after about 8 P.M. there's literally nobody in the street, so, as I was by myself (I'm a girl), it was pretty scary to walk from the station listening to my own steps and I preferred to take a taxi. For a city trip I'd choose a hotel closer to the center, but as I came during the Oktoberfest, there was no choice.

This hotel is conveniently located close to the S-bahn station, and it is a short walk away from a cheap supermarket. The room was modern and comfortable, with very helpful and friendly staff, and the breakfast was excellent. The hotel's management is environmentally conscious, with options to skip room service for short stays and almost no plastic packaging during breakfast.

The hotel lacks privacy in some rooms, with transparent shower walls.

Bed linen was poor quality and not very comfortable.

This time I made the reservation for my colleagues who visited in Munich for the business meetings. When they checked-in (because of the flight, in the late evening), I took them to the hotel and tried to support their check-in procedures, because they could not speak English well. Then I was disappointed at the attitude of a front desk woman staff. I showed her their Booked.net reservation sheet, however, she ignored it and force us to tell each name coercively. I picked up negative vibe from her. It was the first time for me to use this hotel, but I will never use it again.

Great location and comfortable rooms. During my recent city trip, I stayed at a hotel that was conveniently located, just a short walk away from several major tourist attractions. The hotel had comfortable rooms with modern amenities, such as free Wi-Fi and air conditioning. One of the best things about the hotel was its friendly and helpful staff, who were always available to answer any questions I had. Another great aspect was the delicious breakfast buffet, which offered a wide variety of tasty options to start the day off right.

Dated decor and noise disturbances. While the location and amenities of the hotel were great, there were a few aspects that could be improved.

The Booked.net site placed this hotel in them middle of Munich. This hotel is in the complete suburbs of Munich. It was completely not as advertised!!!!! Be careful!

For us it was ideal.

Our room was very clean and comfortable. The staff were pleasant and we were able to check in early which was a huge help to us. We were not aware that they had a wellness center, which was a fun surprise.

The service was really good except for the dinner menu in the restaurant. They have very limited food menu for dinner.

We had a fantastic stay at this luxurious hotel. The location is very convenient, situated in a quiet area within walking distance of the railway station and only a short distance from the S-Bahn. The hotel offers excellent room service, housekeeping, and laundry services. The rooms are well-appointed with ironing facilities, heating, air conditioning, and tea and coffee making facilities. The mini-bar is stocked and the sitting area and terrace provide a comfortable space to relax. We were impressed with the in-room safe and the free Wi-Fi was a great bonus. The rooms are also soundproofed, ensuring a peaceful night's sleep. The kitchenette and cookware/kitchen utensils were a convenient addition. The flat-screen TV and AM/FM alarm clock added to the overall comfort of our stay.

I would highly recommend this hotel to friends. The staff's hospitality was exceptional, making our stay enjoyable and memorable.
