Inns Of Banff - 班夫

The location is central but it is located on the main road which make the rooms at the front very noisy!

The location is great for skiers - first on the ski bus on a morning and the hotel is a bit large.

I like this location as it was quiet, the hotel was clean and the rroms are clean.

The view was spectacular and we liked the fact that there was a heated underground parking for our car.

The hotel does give you a free bus pass to use on public transport, but be warned, they are highly irregular, often with gaps of around 40 mins between each.

A very spacious (2400 sq ft) 4-bedroom, 3 bath house with a huge kitchen and living area, a play room downstairs with foosball, air hockey and a large screen TV/VCR/DVD, large fireplace and stunning views.

The bathroom was also very nice and although I didn't use the bathtub, it looked to be a great soaker tub.

The room itself was ok, reasonable size, balcony, motel velour/nylon bed spreads but all worked ok and couldnt grumble for the money we paid really.

The room was large, the bathroom good, and the beds comfy.

There was a hair dryer, a coffee maker, shower, bath, two large beds, tv and fridge.

The Japanese restaurant does surprisingly good food, the buffet breakfast was fine, and the bar has a nice cosy & lively atmosphere.

Roof top hot tub, for a good bar check out The Rose and we didn't eat at any of the restaurants so cannot comment on that.

The hotels Reflections restaurant can be slow for breakfast - especially if you only have an hour or so before the ski bus - bettter to use the upstairs buffet which has pretty much the same food but you can go at your own pace.

We had breakfast every day in the hotel restaurant, it's convenient and $14 gets you a choice of a buffet of cereal, cooked breakfast, toast, pastries, yogurts, fresh fruit, pancakes/waffles, juices, tea and coffee, which we found ample.

The food and staff in 'The Bears Den' pub were great and 'Reflections' dining room does a fab breakfast menu.

The staff is great: people are warm, welcoming and provide excellent service.

OK and we were absolutely delighted with the staff, particularily the reception team.

The staff at the front desk, Bear's Den, and Wildfire Grill were very friendly and helpful.

Facilities were also excellent - the famous hot tub on the roof is great, indoor pool, laundermat, undercover free parking.

My walk included one elevator, several stairs and a walkway over a parking lot.

You need a map, compass and good sense of direction to get around, as the hotel is built in blocks on a steep hillside; there are various tunnels and overpasses, stairs and lifts, corridors and parking lots; keen orienteers will love it.

1)If you saty this hotel, and need internet connection, well, you need wireless.

I understand that it takes time and money to update an entire hotel, but I do expect my room to be clean and fresh feeling.

The staff were good, beds were comfortable and clean, new coffee supplies were not left for us as well as soap.

The room was as represented, nice size with separate BR area, quite, very clean and comfortable, big balcony with a great view.

The staff are very friendly and helpful, the rooms are clean, the hot pool on the roof.
