The location was marvellous and magnificent, short walk to Pat O'Briens, Tropical Isle and the Dungeon, the City Park, Cemeteries, Garden District, Zoo, and the main sites. Had lunch/dinner at Toulouse House Grocery, which I found at walking distance from the hotel.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel in the French Quarter. The location was perfect - close to all the nightlife, yet tucked away in a quiet residential area. The room was spacious and comfortable, with a king-sized bed and a balcony overlooking the city. The staff were friendly and helpful, making sure I had everything I needed. I especially enjoyed the complimentary breakfast, which was a great way to start the day.
No improvements needed - everything was great!

The location...near French Quarter
Rooms were not too clean, crowded. Missed the charm of the quarter, towels were torn, NOISY-from other guests to hotel employees

I absolutely loved the classic New Orleans exterior of this hotel, with its beautiful wrought iron balcony and vibrant color. The location was perfect, as I could easily explore the entire French Quarter without needing a taxi. Plus, the hotel's balcony, which was shared among guests, was a delightful spot to relax in the morning or evening, despite keeping the curtains closed for privacy. The courtyard was well-lit and adorned with lush green ivy and tropical banana trees, creating a charming tropical atmosphere. Additionally, the hotel room had double doors opening onto a real wood floor and exposed brick walls, giving it a quaint and authentic French Quarter vibe. The bedroom was wonderfully dark, allowing for a restful night's sleep.
Don't have any issues at all.

The location of the hotel was far enough away from Bourbon Street to avoid most of the noise on the weeknights, but on the weekend it was still a bit noisy. The room was clean and had good airconditioning. Staff was very friendly and willing to assist in any way that was required. There is an ice machine in the inner court yard.
The breakfast is on the skimpy side. So skimpy (only coffee and a danish or a muffin but never both) that on the second day of a 5 day trip I found a great little take-out confectionary and deli about a 3 minute walk away at 607 Dauphine Street called the Toulouse House Grocery. Very nice and very popular take out grill for breakfast and lunch. Cheap prices on food, also on beer, juices, water, etc.

My room was functional and had coffee and it's own balcony.

Liked how the deluxe queen room with a king sized bed was arranged when we arrived. Central heating, flat-screen television, and coffee and tea making facilities were appreciated.
