Great location convienent to all shopping, the hotel staff was very nice and accommodating.

Elegant and quiet - excellent location, great place to stay in the heart of old Naples.

Always great - and you can't beat the location.

3 foot deep and small, and cold, the spa is deeper!

If staying at other hotels you would need to drive / take a taxi as they seemed a long walk out of the main streets / areas.

The room's are lovely, huge comfy bed, lovely bathroom and facilities were fine, TV, hairdryer etc.

Room a bit smaller thn expected but king size bed and double shower but no bath!

Offered to upgrade our room if we wanted as we were staying 5 nights and didn't have the nicer room for first 2 nights, we didn't move rooms as we were happy with the room, great bed!

The suite was spacious and comfortable, huge bed, TVs in bedroom and lounge area.

Had a lovely room with a king bed and a sitting area.

One downside was not good food in the bar attached to the hotel, however there is a huge choice of restaurants in Naples so you don't need to eat in the hotel.

The Hotel has a nice pool, a fun bar on the main level, and now a great sea food restaurant in back.

We were pleased we chose the Inn on the Fifth as it was very central to everything and the Irish bar McCabes was great but was not open for breakfast when we were there which was a shame.

The Irish bar downstairs is nice with friendly staff, and there are plentry of excellent restaurants within easy walking distance.

The location of the hotel is prime and there are many shops and restaurants in easy walking distance.

Staff at the front desk were friendly and professional.

Contrary to other reviews we read, reception staff were really helpful.

Maid service was very efficient, they serviced the room early and quickly.

The hotel is beautiful, staff extremely nice from the parking valet to the concierge.

Really nice hotel to stay at, excellent pool and spa area open around the clock.

The pool area is very picturesque, and the spa is great after a long day on your feet!

Pool was disappointingly small so we only swam in the sea which is beautiful, beaches are clean and parking by them is easy but it is only a 15 min walk from the hotel and the expensive houses are worth a look.

Room was nicely furnished and very clean.

Great room over looking 5th, extremely clean, free wireless internet (that works) and centrally located near everything.

The rooms were super clean,(I'm very picky!

    The Location was amazing, hotel staff was extremely pleasant and helpfull, the beds were wonderful.

    At night was a bit noisy from all the pop & ice machines running, in fact breakfast was fine.

    The convenient location downtown Naples and everything is walking distance or a short cab-ride away. Additionally right downtown near restaurants/bars.

    Not enough direct parking possibilities at Hotel Garage and we would have liked better pool service.

    It was decorated for the holidays, and it was breathtaking. It is surrounded by excellent restaurants, shopping and night life. The room was comparable to a junior suite in a 4 star hotel in Chicago. Front Desk at check-in was friendly and the Bellman was helpful.

    I was disappointed that there wasn't a bathtub in the room, but the size of the shower made up for it. The pool was not crowded,as it was off season.
