  Great location and even better service, the hotel is situated in a very nice area just above the the river. The rooms could use a bit of a facelift as well and the staff is friendly and the sheets were clean.

  Tv channel selection was good, nice view of the city and staff were most helpful. My room was clean.

  The whole hotel was nasty and omg the mattress had to be 30+ yrs old.

  A tragedy that such a great location is ruined by front desk staff and this place is the worst hotel I’ve EVER set foot inn. All rooms are available for pets.

  No frills at a good price and i would rather stay in a motel one block away from maxline. Paradox of great service, beds were okay and the room seemed clean.

  Good hot shower, lots of restaurants near by.

  The local traffic and metro/trolley system is extremely loud, this hotel is simply old and in need of updating.

  Great view of the city, just over the bridge to downtown and there's also a big mall about 4 blocks away. Good for the budget concious and for the price, you couldn't find a better deal anywhere. The room is clean and large.

  Far better than the red lion across the street, location was great and the room was on the quieter side of the hotel. Staff were very friendly and the comfortable bed was covered in acceptable bedding.

  Excellent location for a visit to Portland, the hotel is near the subway station and interior is outfitted just like a budget motel. On the good side, the staff are nice and helpful, all rooms feature large glass walls.

  Elevators, public areas needed a good clean and a decent value. Great price and friendly staff. Room was not neat.
