  Was expecting much more from this hotel.
  The food was not at the level I expected. The corn and crab soup was luke warm, too thick, and all you could taste was cumin. The award winning crab spring roll tasted like the old oil (sesame?) it was fried in, again, never tasted the crab, the bacon served with the salmon wasn't even edible, and couldn't help wondering if it wasn't indeed one of the dog treats. Not one item that we ordered (other then the salmon, it was the only item that was cooked well, seasoned perfectly and enjoyable) would have been acceptable at any other upscale hotel.
  The hotel still needs work done to it, bathrooms in lobby have peeling paint and in need of caulking. If not for the waterfront views and lack of competition, this hotel would not even be recognized as a 3 star. Shame on Orient Express for trying to pass this property off as a $500-600/night resort.
