The hotel was in a super position right by Norton in January 2011 for an extended period of time for business as well as local stores and restaurants. Stayed in a double room with coffee which was perfect for me. The staff was very very nice when needed.

We liked having rooms equipped with coffee, central heating, TV, and a writing desk, as well as the convenient location for travelers passing through the area.

Nice building and rooms with coffee. Location just off the Walmart SuperCenter & Shopping Center, Pound, Kentucky and Clintwood. The staff - very polite and accommodating.

the staff was exceptional and we would not hesitate to return there. we greatly enjoyed this great hotel and stayed here for 1 night. the venue had a wonderful position, to sights worth seeing. they offered us outstanding meals, had a wide range of options to choose from.

Location: the hotel was really close to downtown Norton, Appalachia and Big Stone Gap and restaurant and sights worth seeing. The room with coffee. The personnel were very, very nice:)))

It offered us peaceful and amazing location just next door to the United States, trucks on a nightly basis and Norton in January 2011 for an extended period of time for business.

The fitness center is basic and needs improvement.

Helpful and friendly staff. Good free breakfast with a variety of options. Clean facilities, including the room, pillows, blankets, and bed. King room came with a mini fridge and microwave, which was convenient. Enjoyed the hot tub and pool. had a positive and enjoyable experience.

Felt welcomed and had no complaints.

The staff at Econo Lodge was incredibly helpful and accommodating. They went above and beyond to ensure our needs were met during our stay. Manny, the manager, provided excellent service and made us feel welcomed and comfortable. Scott, the maintenance man, offered great suggestions for local sights to see. the management and personnel made our stay enjoyable and memorable.
