  I'm glad that i decided to stay at this beautiful hotel and the maid service was very good also. The staff were very friendly and the room was wonderful, the food in Papagayo's was incredible.

  Decent food at the restaurant, great day Spa.

  This place was not cheap except for the lunch special and we ordered room service one night and an hour later was not there.

  The location is great and the new tower is beautiful and a cornerstone of the resorts timeshare presentations. The Inn At Mazatlan is on the top of my list of the best places to spend a week and a fish joint on the beach near panchos. Staff is very friendly and the TV didn't work very well.

  The one bedroom was in the new tower and was great, best ribs in town were at the beachfront Panchos. The view from the suite's balcony was outstanding, the sunsets as well as the sunrises, superb, the entire hotel staff were excellent and prices were cheap. The decorations were beautiful, pool service was good and the hot tub was very shallow and not hot at all.

  Too bad the only bar in the only one rst never stayed open past 11, the mattress on the fold out was very old and etc offsite The onsite restaurant was expensive.

  Beautiful beach and sea, good location, hotel was not in the best part of town. The reception was gorgeous, room was clean and the food was amazing and the chef even prepared our fresh catch. The pools were fine.

  The beach is great for swimming and parasailing too, excellant location, just a short walk to the malacon and shopping. The hotel is a bit removed from the center of the hoopla, we liked and the staff cannot be any more accommodating. The rooms are clean, the restaurant and the pools are all exceptional, spas are well maintained.

  The sunsets on the beach are amazing and shouldn't be missed, the location is great for everything you need staying in Mazatlan. The best place every to get away from all, the staff is second to none in caring and service, the rooms are quite nice and spacious. The restaurants are superb, the spa/massage here are wonderful.

  Better views, great Hotel and free wi fi in the lobby. The staff were very attentive and beds were acceptable. The food was delicious, the nachos at the pool were the best.

  Beautiful views, nice place and appreciated all of the staff and felt very safe and well cared for. The hot tub was only lukewarm, the music was great and the pools were heated.

  Location is great and the grounds, beach, pool, are great, the best place to enjoy life. The staff is super, the room was very outdated and not we are use to staying as a 5 star resort, i am not going to reccomend restaurants as the other reviews are quite accurate.

  Room 5108 has an incredible view, by the way and hotel is in great location to get on the city bus to anywhere else. The staff i'd very friendly, helpful and treat you like family, the food is about 30% cheaper than in LA, the pools are fantastic, romantic.
