  1 BR casita was twice the size of our apt.

  I never heard back from them, so I called them once again and the manager said they looked into it and they apologize but there is nothing they can do.

  We had a 2 bedroom Casita, which is basically a good-sized ranch style house. Two large bedrooms, two large bathrooms with whirlpool tubs, a large full kitchen, two-car garage, three fireplaces, etc. They will be happy to try to accomodate you in a favorite character's Casita if you ask when you make your reservation. We paid $389 per night for the 2 bedroom Casita, which is their low summer rate. We only had issues with the thermostats, which would switch erratically between heat and cool. We were able to work with it by changing it back once we noticed the heat coming out, but it would be nice if they just installed old-fashioned analog thermostats. We had full use of the pool and fitness center, which were very nice. The pool is not very big, though, so if a lot of kids show up it gets pretty tight in a hurry. We even borrowed the movie from the front desk one night and went out the next day to find more locations from the movie.

  Our room was hardly a room, it was more like a small home, complete with fully equipped kitchen, one car garage, two fireplaces, front & rear patios, outdoor waterfall, living room, dining area, bedroom with walk in closet and huge bathroom. All of the lighting, fireplaces and windows shades where electronically controlled! Everything in the suite was like new and absolutely first class. This gives you access to the club house, spa, fitness room, pools etc.

  We stayed in a room they called an efficiency, a small kitchen area which opens to a wider area with a king-sized bed, flat screen TV, and leather recliner. The tiled bathroom was also huge, with separate shower, a jacuzzi tub, dual sinks, plush towels and his & hers robes. They had many amentities on site that we didn't take advantage of (pool, fitness club), but the one thing we did do is golf, and the course was superb. All of this, first class front desk service and extremely reasonable rates.

  The casitas are like having your own private home, even though we stayed in one which was a large one-room setup. The clubhouse is an award winning design, and the food is fantastic at Kokopelli's restaurant. Right around the corner is Snow Canyon Park, which is very beautiful, and the Red Mountain Spa is almost across the street, but you can stay at the Inn very inexpensively and enjoy the other scenery and parks nearby.

  There was plenty of room for all with the 2 king size beds and 1 queen pull-out. This is a "smart home" with electronic lighting controls and power window shades in the great room and mater. The casita was decorated beautifully and is very spacious. Each of the bedrooms had a flat panel TV as did the great room. The beds were confortable and the bedding was a brushed suade, keeping with the "western" theme. The rec center was well appointed with 2 pools (indoor and outdoor; indoor is a lap pool) and 2 spas. There is a workout room for exercise classes and a separate weight area with machines. The pool is decent sized and nicely decorated with a stone waterfall and a connected (but separated) 2 ft deep area for the little ones.

  One of the units is a one-room casita master studio, and the other casita unit has two bedrooms, one master and one smaller bedroom. Like any nice golf community, there is a clubhouse (with restaurant), pool house (with pool and workout equipment), and lots of careful landscaping. Inside each casita, it is tastefully decorated to harmonize with the southwest look. The master bedrooms in both units are gorgeous with flatscreen TVs, fireplaces, ceiling fans, large jacuzzi tubs, and bathrooms that could fit 50. Robes and very nice linens are also supplied.

  The one bedroom casita unit has a tiny kitchenette; there is only a mini-fridge and microwave.

  All your neccesities are in the room and the additional facilities are perfect. The service and treatment I got was perfect, the golf course was perfect everything was great about it.
