          Good location and great hotel. Staff friendly and courteous, comfortable room, we strolled into the bar and settled ourselves in the very welcoming bar. We just loved the food, best choice in downtown Santa Fe and tasteful New Mexican furnishings. Pool refreshing and clean.

          Slow elevator, the concierge closed at 5.

          The room was luxurious, the bar/restaurant was very good, and the location superb, for the price I paid at the time I would stay there again, assistance provided to us by the staff were excellent. Bed were very comfortable, the food in Santa Fe was remarkable and the spa was quiet and relaxing and our couples massage was the best ever.

          Nice hotel great location, service very good and our room was decorated cheerfully and was kept very clean. The food was excellent and spa at Loretto was fabulous.

          The gym was weak the pool area lounge/eatery was a little understaffed and the lobby bar staff were slow and useless.

          Very good service from conceirge, spacious Rooms and i also loved the bar. Light food, great wine selection and heated pool.
