Location excellent near main road and lovely hotel.

Great location between Gran Via and the hotel was well situated.

We didn't take the metro, the location of the Hotel is great as is very close to the city center.

The location is simply perfect, there is a Starbucks across the street to acquire your large cup of americano and very nice hotel close to Banco de Espana metro.

I like the location amazing close to everything almost i dont need to use a taxi and free WiFi in the room always makes me inclined to choose hotels like Lusso Infantas.

The location was central and the quality rate was high.

Location was wonderful - very close to all touristic spots and the bathroom in my room was excellent.

Also the staff is very polite and friendly, rooms are not huge.

Quiet rooms facing patio, wih some of Madrid's best bars and can't comment about the restaurant or breakfast because I have never used them.

The personnel at the front desk was very kind and their restaurant was delicious.

Friendly staff, the night manager was excellent and the 2 rooms we booked had sufficient space for our family of 6.

Within walking distance to many sites, nice setting and as well as another young staff member checked us out.

    The metro stop Banco D'Espana is less than a minute away and the location of the hotel is perfect. Also the staff is very polite and friendly, rooms are not huge.
