The location is excellent, near all the hotspots in Zuid and just a tram ride or walk away from the historic center. The area is very nice, with plenty of cafes, restaurants, and shops if you fancy exploring. The rooms are clean, well-equipped, and look really nice. The bathroom is spacious with two sinks and a bathtub, and I loved that the window opened onto the street, allowing for fresh air.
Everything was just fine, nothing to complain about.

I loved the location of the hotel. The area it was in, the South of the city, is quiet and very local. There was a homely feel to the area. The hotel itself was clean and the woman on reception was very helpful.
I thought that the hotel itself did not live up to the pictures of it on their website, even though I had no complaints and I was pretty satisfied with my overall experience.

The hotel is located in the proximity of the business affairs I had to attend and the price for a single room is very fair. There are also several museums at short walking distance. For my purposes this hotel fits my requirements.

Perfectly located in a lively area filled with amazing cafes, bars and restaurants, and close enough to reach the historical center by foot or tram. The neighborhood is interesting, with lots of locals, and public transport is easily accessible. The room is clean and comfortable, with plenty of space to put your stuff. The staff is friendly and helpful, and the breakfast is pleasant and filling. The hotel is secure, with entry via fingerprint.
The decor is outdated, making the room feel dark and dull.

This family-run hotel is nicely located near the trendy alternative area known as 't Zuid, including the Museum of Fine Arts and the Museum of Photography and lots of affordable cafés and restaurants. The hotel staff is very friendly, we just love Liliane and her very local Antwerp touch! The breakfast buffet is simple but good, our room (no. 3) had a good double bed, a flatscreen tv, a little balcony and an spacious and very clean bathroom with bathtub! We have already booked the same room for 3 nights in August!

Very friendly obliging proprietor - coffee and tea always available. A compact but sufficiently spacious, on-street hotel with private and street parking - near to bars and restaurants. Perfect for an overnight stay when travelling across Europe.

Lovely area with great dining options nearby. Small but beautifully furnished room, comfortable bed, and reliable aircon. Exceptionally friendly and helpful hosts who gave valuable tips and assisted with lost wallet. Will definitely return.

My bed, already uncomfortable, was flea-ridden and I was scratching for 3 days afterwards.

Nice to have a hotel with breakfast included. Location was fantastic, close to restaurants and public transportation. The bed was quite comfortable - I slept like a baby.
The room was extremely small, it gave me a feeling of being locked up in a closet. The street noise was quite loud, making it hard to relax after a long day of work.

The owner was very nice and very helpful. The location is excellent.
the room was tiny and the decor was kind of old and minimal. the bathroom was nice enough, new and clean. overall, it was sufficient but not really pleasurable as a hotel room. perhaps the other rooms facing the street were nicer.

For the price, we got excellent value with a clean and fresh room, comfortable bed, and friendly staff who provided helpful tips for exploring the city. The hotel's location was convenient, with easy access to local bars, restaurants, and public transport.
The breakfast offerings could have been more varied and extensive.

Excellent location, within walking distance (10 minutes) of the Beurs, the Grand Place and both Central Station and Station Midi. Large and quiet room with good furnishings. Helpful personnel and everything you need for a good city-trip. Adequate breakfast in a pleasant breakfast room.
Be aware that the shower stall is very small and very slippery. It's easy to slip in the shower and make a nasty fall (my wife did). Hold on getting in and out!
