I booked this hotel through Booked.net, so the value was excellent - the regular price of the hotel would have been too much.
All in all we are very pleased with hotel and the value it provides.
We had the typical business hotel feel (nice hotel overall, overpriced restaurant, busy busy = noisy).
Another time, we wanted to rent a car and previously asked one of the concierges whether we had to pay to park in the hotel carpark.
Situated nicely in downtown Indy and the hotel is in a great location next to convention center.
The hotel is in a great location next to convention center and RCA Dome and one block from mall.
The location is fantastic and a skybridge connects you to the convention center and the Circle Center Mall.
A quick taxi ride from the airport and the hotel is nice.
A pre-5am checkout was no problem and there were multiple cabs at the stand available for the trip back to the airport.
The only difference we saw in the room compared to others we have stayed in were the bed linens.
My room was nice enough, though the bathroom was not clean at all, I had to ask housekeeping to come up and fully clean it again (there was even toilet paper in the toilet).
The staff were wonderful and the bed was very comfy.
The room was comfortable, I didn't have any complaints with the beds.
The rooms are average size and the bathroom is larger than most Marriotts.
The bar/restaurant off the lobby that had good food, the service was excellent and my room on the 8th floor was well appointed.

It didn't seem any of the front desk staff was local.
Upon arrival, we were told by the valet staff that the parking structure was full and that we would have to use the valet service at $21 per night.
I did enjoy the turn down service that was provided without request.
My only complaint is that the internet is not complimentary - I suppose when you stay at a hotel downtown in a major city, you are charged for "extras" such as that - parking, internet, etc.
The pool area was nice and clean, although not well lit, which made the water dark.
A great view of the capitol, updated hotel and the lobby offers wonderful strawberry water.
Wireless connectivity was not available and Internet connection was $9.
Our room was clean and spacious, no problems.
