The service at the hotel was excellent, with friendly and accommodating staff who made us feel welcome throughout our stay. The meals provided were not only delicious, but visually pleasing as well. The onsen with its panoramic sea view was a major highlight, allowing us to relax and enjoy the serene surroundings. the valet parking service and car clean-up were convenient and added to our overall experience.
The weak wifi signal, which could be frustrating at times. some facilities in the hotel seemed a bit outdated.

Great location close to the ocean and a few tourist attractions. The mesmerizing view of the sea from the onsen was breathtaking and relaxing. The traditional Japanese meal offered in a banquet style was mouth-watering and worth the experience.
The hotel was not properly maintained and major renovations are needed to improve facilities such as the swimming pool which was dirty and uninviting. The room allocated to me was not what I had requested beforehand and I was very disappointed.
