My stay was excellent for 4 nights. The room was spacious and huge, with very comfy bed and a bidet, free toiletries, and bath robes in the bathroom. The view from balcony over garden was scenic. The location was marvellous and particularly good, close to Port of Sorrento Marina. The hotel itself was in a good area, near to the airport and back, and the lifts / pathway.

Lovely old fashioned and well-kept place. Brand-new and well decorated room with a terrace and a lounge, and worth every penny view over Naples bay from it. Top location close to a train station, easy to get around.

This was our first time to Sorrento. Did a lot of reviews on hotels in this hotel came up highly recommended. Very happy we chose it. We had an amazing room with a balcony overlooking the view of the water in Mount Vesuvius.

With the heat outside would have been a plus to have a little refrigerator in room for water and ability to make coffee in room as breakfast staff would not allow us to take a cup back to our room. Or ability to purchase bottles of water in lobby.
