I highly recommend this hotel to any Tarragona travellers for it's price value, cleanliness, and the fact that it's ideally situated right in the middle of all the main tourist attractions and shopping areas.
Overall this is a comfortable hotel and good value for money.

5th tour abroad this year and at the price, this hotel was a bargain.
We had a wonderful view from our balcony, hotel had a great location right next to the old town and the staff was courteous.

The view from our balcony over the Roman ampitheatre was spectacular, hotel had a great location right next to the old town and room was fairly typical for Spain.
From the airport the cost by taxi is 24 euros, 15 mins.
Convenient to Reus Airport, sea clean and walking distance to old town.
The views from the balconies (we had rooms on both 5th and 4th floor after we asked to be moved to a room with a double bed - of which there are only 4 in the whole hotel!
We got very spacious and clean room with huge bathroom - there was not bath, only shower but it was a big and a very clean shower.
We called in advance and asked for double bed (not the annoying two single beds) and got it without problem.
On arriving to our room we were amazed by the size and comfort of it , we were travelling with our to young children and we usually find that we are crammed into one small room but we had 2 rooms, a beautiful bathroom plus 2 balconies!
We had expected a double bed only to find out that according to the front desk, more than 80 percent of the hotel are twin beds only.
Additionally rooms clean, very nice comfortable bar and lovely meals in the restaurant.
We didn't use the bar or the restaurant so can't comment.
Great, and cheap, Chinese restaurant about 4 restaurants along.
Delicious gourmet food and quick, attentive service all at about the same price of a tapas bar dinner in the town.

We did find the front desk staff to initally be rude, when I requested a sea view, which I had also done when I made the reservation, the guy laughed at me and said they were all booked up.
The staff on reception were not overwhelming but the bar staff were very nice.
There was a lovely spa & swimming pool and if you had the foresight to book some good and well priced treatments-you could have a s-pa weekend very cheapily.
The pool & garden area was nice, the duration of the stay was fine and the staff were extremely helpful.
We did not use the pool, the tennis court or the grounds so we cannot comment fairly on them.
Finally any hotel these days worthy of a four star rating which also sells itself as a business hotel should have wireless internet or at least a bog standard terminal for guest access.
Also you would expect the hotel to have Wireless Internet for use on laptops if was a 4 star, but it didn't.
We were extremely surprised when we arrived there and saw how clean the room was.
The room itself was clean and very comfortable.
The bathroom was also clean and well-lit.
Let's start with the positive things first - the room was generally clean and extremely spacious.
Also, the rooms, whilst clean, are very dated now and could do with some upgrading.
