  This facility has a good location and is truly abyssmal, the hotel just doesn't have any.

  Net, because the front desk can not find out my reservation and nasty room false advertising dirty rooms staff has a nasty attitud.

  Loved the location and the hotel shuttle bus service for the parks was reliable and free. The rooms were clean and tidy and the maid was in most days.

  Shop is exspensive go to the 7eleven on i drive round the corner, the hotel has complimentary transport to all the major theme parks.

  The shop was well stocked, and reasonably priced, on arrival at this hotel we thought looked lovely.

  Customer service was not very nice, bath was stained.

  Good position for disneyland and nice little hillbilly poolroom/bar across the street. Moved to another hotel, great for the price and interior was just as bad, minus the lobby. The staff were friendly, helpful and courteous, the room was large.

  Towels were stained and the pool was disgusting and there were roaches in the hallways.

  The location was excellent and this hotel was a very good base for all the parks. For the price we paid for this holiday we could certainly not complain and the lobby was beautiful. Upon checking in, the staff were fine, the room and bathroom were very clean.

  I liked the breakfast area and handy for I/Drive and I/Ride. The worst hotel ever and nice price. The front desk apologized and room carpets were damp as well.

  Firstly the location is fine, the hotel staff is really nice and rooms have clean towels and bedding.

  The building is old and has damage from the humidity; is in need of updating, the price I had been charged is different from the price I had gotten on the Booked.

  Good location, stay well clear and very nice for the money. Clean and friendly staff, bed comfortable.

  Sheet is dirty and the towels seemed to be from old times.
