Imperial Swan Hotel - Orlando - 奥兰多

Also the location is not that great, it is situated around the corner from I Drive and is a 10 minute walk along a fairly quite road.

But as I was only going to be in Orlando three daysI decided to give it a shot because the price and the location were right.

The pool area was clean the patio furniture was a bit old and stained, the hotel's location just off International Drive was good.

30pm from Epcot and no other coaches to the hotel, so if you want to stay in the parks to watch fireworks or until the parks close you either have to take an hour and a half on public transport or pay $35 dollars for a taxi!

In addition, even the taxi drivers would laugh because they knew this hotel is the dirtiest one in Orlando.

When the hurricane hit there was no air conditioning for 3 days no power in many rooms no towels no bed linnen water about an inch deep in our room.

2 clean double beds, clean bathroom, hairdryer, table and chairs, coffee machine, fridge, great air conditioning unit, telephone, storage, TV and radio, iron and ironing board.

The room was dirty, the bathroom door didn't close shut, the toilet flushed by itself every hour, the TV didn't even have basic cable, and the pool wasn't open.

When we got to our room we found the smell changed now we could smell urine we pulled back the covers on the bed to find stained sheets red lipstick on the bedding and 1ft curly black hairs also nail clippings in the bed.

So there I was, stuck in a hotel with no power, a flooding room, dirty sheets on my bed, no towels in the room.

We didn't use the restaurant or bar - who needs to with Denny’s a short walk away and literally hundreds of restaurants a short drive away.

They sent me to the gift shop, they told me that they couldn't open the cash register just to give me change, the restaurant was closed and the bar said that they could only give me $2 in quarters.

Maid service daily, clean swimming pool with sunbeds, restaurant and bar serving snacks.

I got food poisoning from the breakfast buffet ,100% sure it was that, as it is the only thing my o/h and I didn't eat the same, and I was ill, he wasn't.

Restaurant was a joke - hot food left so long was cold and the swimming pool was clean.

The staff were all friendly, there was a free shuttle service to all the theme parks and if you didn't make the shuttle all you had to do was ask at guest services and they would get you a taxi straight away.

After booking my reservation I nearly cancelled after hearing reports from a colleague about bad service and rude staff when he stayed in January, and reading some of the reviews.

In conversations with other guests I was told a new manager had come in April and everyone was commenting on the difference in the attitude of all the staff, including the front desk.

Firstly the location is fine, this hotel is ideal for couples and friendly front desk staff.

The swimming pool was clean and there were more than adequate amounts of sun loungers on the pool deck for all.

If you catch the correct I-ride you can even go directly to the motel parking lot.

Lovely accommodation, clean swimming pool.

We agreed to stay cheap, the staff a very friendly - we even got free Bud on my birthday and bathroom were very clean.

The room was clean, the pool was very nice.

But the hotel is well located, the rooms were clean (but basic), and the service was fine.

All the staff done was closed the toilet and tried to dry the carpet not clean it.

The room did smell a bit musky when we first entered, but it was clean and after running the aircon for a while smelt okay.
