This classic hotel is renowned for its service and the bustling lobby. The location is perfect. The closeness to the Imperial Palace is loved by celebrities and royalty. The rooms are relaxing, but some feel that they're a bit plain. The bar has mementos from the original building designed by Frank Lloyd Wright.

The service from the large staff is always very solid, rooms - appear to be recently renovated.
The room was comfortable, the food at the restaurants we sampled was excellent and the gym had good machines i.
Breakfast in the parkside diner was always very well prepared, the in-door pool was nice and warm.

From haneda airport, a taxi is the best option, the Imperial Hotel in Tokyo is an excellent place because of the location and the staff is professional and friendly. Great water pressure in the shower.

In my humble oppinion the best location in Tokyo and great Stay. Incredibly helpful and friendly staff, more comfortable rooms, and beautiful Snoopy bathrobes and towels. Lots of sushi bars and restaurants available at night, free spa.
