  Bathroom was spacious clean, the Bar and restaurant was lovely and the staff were really nice.

  Decor was old and rooms were not you would expect rom a 4 star hotel, front desk gal was not very friendly.

  Great location and in Eyre Square. Front desk staff were friendly, the bed was comfortable and breakfast was also very good in cooked and fresh food.

  I loved the location and the room was a good size for 3 people, the hotel was perfect for our needs, the staff were very helpful and friendly. Bathroom was lovely and modern, the breakfast was more than adequate for us.

  Ideal location in the heart of Galway city centre, great place and the staff from reception to the housekeeping to the restauraunts were very polite and helpful. Beds were clean comfortable.

  The location was perfect us and the night porter was more than facilitating, one of the best hotel we stayed in in Ireland. Staff were lovely and my room was warm and clean and comfortable.
