Easy to get around hotel, the building is spacious and very reasonable price for the two night bank holiday break.
The location was great too and the hotel was modern.
Brilliant location and relaxed atmosphere.
The location was good, campus bus into town a real bonus as did not have a car and the Hotel Staff were most helpful.
The location was great for us as we had to travel between Loughborough, the quality of foods was very high and the staff were very helpful- nothing was too much trouble.
However, you can take a taxi to other venues on campus but expect to pay at least £6 as it is £3 for just sitting in the taxi and that's before midnight!
I did ask for a lighter bed cover and this was provided - it didn't help the pillow situation though but the bath towel helped!
My company uses this venue for our training courses so I have stayed here a few times, although the rooms are not massive (I stay in a doule room) they are more than adequate for my needs and are very nicely decorated.
The room was the equivalent of a 2-star - cheap horrid basic furniture and a bathroom you have to edge your way sideways to get in.
The bed was comfortable, breakfast options was excellent.
Helpful reception staff, comfy bed and pool as wll as a good bar.
The room was clean and the breakfast bar choice was excellent.
Very helpful staff in restaurant/ bar areas and nice atmosphere.
Then there is the restaraunt which is again spacious and is slightly more formal (but not too much) than the bar area, and whenever I have eaten there the food has been fantastic!
That includes breakfast - self service, Lunch - selections from a hot plate, Evening Meal - waiter service.
Service was good, the room was very well prepared and comfortable, the food selection was great at both breakfast & dinner.
Hotel decor was bright, reception staff were very friendly and the room was large and clean.
We ended up having to use the computers in the lobby, front desk staff friendly and efficient, also a water kettle in order to make yourself tea or hot chocolate.
Staff were very helpful and only niggle was that room service for evening meal did not start 7pm.
The reception was warm and anne the receptionist was very friendly.
The leisure complex is also very nice with swimming pool, sauna, steam and jacoozi, the gym looks well equiped however I have never felt that energetic to give it a try!
Nice pool/spa area, also very near the National Forest and excellent proximity to the university.
The room was the equivalent of a 2-star - cheap horrid basic furniture and the gym had a good range of modern fitness equipment.
Moreover room exceptionally clean and good food.
Clean room, good food and we used the swimming pool.
Additionally the service was good and the room was spacious and clean.
Staff were friendly and room was good for money and nice and clean.
The room is very clean, the spa facilities are good.
