  Very good piano player at dinenr and breakfast, excellent facilities.

  This hotel never fails to live up to expectations, service was slow and room was very dated.

  We loved the outdoor pool in the lake and the hot tub, location is perfect. The setting is great and the service, led my Martina, could not have been better. Beautiful bathroom and separate toilet, the reception and bar staff are very friendly and helpful.

  Heated swimming pool in the lake, indoor pool, hot tub in the lake and good location. Much better places nearby, friendly staff and the bathroom was well stocked and clean towels very day. The breakfast was wonderful and wine really made for us.

  One heated outdoors in the lake and heavenly views. Best hotel in st and good service. Lovely rooms as always, excellent food and the waiters and maître truly did an amazing job to make the evening memorable. The spa, pool etc all were wonderful.

  Our suite was beautiful and overlooked the lake, room, views, food, facilities were all exceptional. Service at the hotel was friendly and helpful, more importantly the staff made to be the best time of our lives. Furniture was light wood and the breakfast waiters were very friendly, attentive and polite.

  The balcony is wonderful overlooking the lake and we even had our own sun umbrella, the outdoor pool is fantastic and the views from here are amazing, the hotel has a good location. The staff are lovely and the service is excellent, beds very comfortable and the rooms are always very quiet.

  Our room was on the 4th floor, and had a private balcony that overlooked the lake, the facilities perfect and the spa area was perfect to come back to after a day on the slopes, overall the hotel was very kids friendly. The service was excellent and the apartment was spotless and very spacious. The food was wonderful.

  I especially liked the breakfast there, overlooking the lake and fantastic location. Wonderful week in Austria, very nice staff and the sauna and steam rooms are amazing too.

  Slippers for use in the wonderful spa area and the two restaurants of the hotel serve up interesting and truly enjoyable dishes. All the staff are welcoming and very helpful, the sauna and rock showers are great for relaxing.

  The lake view we paid for was certainly worth and the hotel was truly beautiful and the staff were wonderful. Service was excellent, room was very nice and dinner al fresco in the restaurant was very good.

  The outdoor pool and sun deck afford superb views of the lake, this hotel is absolutely wonderful and has something for everyone, the staff are always really friendly. Room , everything the doctor ordered, stylish and comfy.

  The lakeside location, the luxurious standard, and above all the brilliant management and staff, very nice place. Very disappointing, poor service and room was excellent. The food was absolutely superb.
