Staff utterly indifferent where effort was needed to help; bathroom tiny and very incovenient; "superior" room superior to very little. Small balcony reduced to tiny by the whole floor's(4) ac units; overpriced

The location was very close to the fountain and we could walk to the Tao salat market. It was clean. Nice baguette and coffee, one fruit would add a lot
The young staff was not as friendly as other places, helpful but not happy. The breakfast servers were happier.

I booked I hotel online and was given a 5th floor room. Every 15-30 seconds a pump cycles on and off and we could hear it above the Air Con, exaust fan, and tv. I noticed the pump runing from the loby also. Eventually at about 10 at night I just could not take it anymore and found another Hotel. Do not stay here!
The Load pump that kept me awake. Dont stay here! Warning! Dont stay here!!!

The room was clean and comfy, though small and overpriced. The bed and the blanket was great. Good location.
The breakfast was baguet and coffee, so I wouldn't have called it a breakfast. One staff membee was friendly and nice, others not so. In overall, good place, but a bit too expensive.

Friendly staff and great location near the waterfountain and the mekong. And got an free upgrade to a deluxe room with balcony
