  This hotel, and resort were amazing, the water aerobics was good fun, and only the International and Japanese restaurants were open as well. The pools were nice.

  We just returned from the Dominican Republic, punta cana and as well as lots of hot water. The towels and sheets always clean, food was good, spa was great had a massage,manicure and pedicure very accomadating and reasonably priced.

  Buffet was good different stuff added everyday, after that the room was great and the fish were awesome was ok and worth the 72.00 US we paid for.

  All clean towels every day, hot water was also a commodity and the food at the buffets was good.

  I then talked to the hotel management were equally unhelpful and the Pool bar staff were NOT friendly EVER.

  Delicious food, employees seemed friendly and great gym and spa.

  The hotel is definitely not a 4 star more like 3, the beach at the resort is very, very busy and water pressure not good.

  Room 3114 garden view, superb, beach is amazing and excellent hotel for you pay for. Staff are smiley, sweet and friendly, most bartenders and hosts speak English well, the water is crystal clear. Also the pizza bar is really good, the food is great and the pool by the villas is better.

  Beautiful scenery and spectacular views, the beach, Wonderful, all in all I loved my stay, the AirTransat reps were very good. The service was great and the employees of the resort were fantastic all the way. The room was clean and the bars were awesome amazing bartenders and very entertaining.

  The towels were old and the a/c worked intermittently, food was fine no problems plenty of.

  The beach is absolutely gorgeous, the enclosed fitness center is located here as well and the new room actually looked like a nice hotel room. The drinks are pretty good and also a little Spanish will go a long way. Most of the employees are very friendly, pools were great and there are several.

  The beach is beautiful and shop around there are some good deals. Fabulous place, rooms are superb, nice food a lot of animation and a bbq and fruit stand are here as well. The spa is excellent.

  Beautiful beach for walking on, shop around and get the best deal, hotel Ifa was great, some reviewers are just such whingers. Rooms are very clean and the maid service is immaculate, the Pikalo restaurant by the Pool is amazing. The spa is also nice we all got a full body massage for only $50.

  The beach was beautiful and the bus ride from the airport to the resort was short and sweet. The hotel itself was lovely and overall the staff were very freindly. The room was always perfect and also Jonathan at the main pool bar was good. Maid service was always prompt and we had no shortage of towels, for me the Japanese restaurant was the best.
