Overall, our experience at the hotel was fine, although unnoteworthy, but it was not great value for the price.
To be honest, we have stayed in many hotels around the world and this was an honest product at a fair price.
Basically what I'm trying to say is that if you're travelling on your ownand you get a good price this hotel is fine.
Great location and hotel was reasonably well located.
This is my last time here - even if the location is perfect for me I will stay elsewhere and walk a bit further next time.
Good location, clean hotel and the building itself looks quite modern.
It is situated on the main street and taxis are easy to catch here.
The Location of the Idou Anfa is good being only 10 mins from the Railway Station.
The reception staff was curt and dry, the bed was extremely comfortable.
The rooms are OK, but the beds are not comfortable, the breakfast is poor and their lunch is terrible.
The room I got was in quite bad shape though especially the bathroom.
There was also a working room safe, in room air conditioning, and television.
Our room on the sixth floor was relatively clean, reasonably sized, and the shower had great water pressure.
The restaurant was terrific: the best chocolate ice cream ever and platters upon platters of breakfast choices.
Great views from the 16th floor bar, the breakfasts have slipped as well - ordinary at best.

Hotel is an easy 10-15 minute walk to the remains of the medina/souk & several restaurants are near by.
The breakfast buffet is great and offer variety of choices.
The Hotel staff, especially at the reception are very friendly and will go out of their way to make you feel at home.

Staff is not very nice, especially the guys carrying your luggage, a service which seems a bit unneccesary too me in a hotel of this category,.
When we asked for the boxes, reception told us to ask the concierge.
More pleasant view, other Moroccon towns are great and staff are very friendly.
Apart from the pool the facilities are limited as well.

Good view of the city, hotel Idou Anfa has a wonderful staff and our room on the sixth floor was relatively clean.
The rooms were clean, comfortable and quiet.
