Well located in town and wonderful location.
The room was large and well-appointed, the staff was very friendly, and the property was in a great location.
The location is great-- a short distance from the gondola which takes you up to the mountain.
The Ice House and it's sister property, Camel Garden definitely offer the best location in Telluride.
Parking is very limited/double stacked in the underground garage.
We were given the keys to our hotel room, as there were 4 adults we had 1 king bed in one room and a sofa bed and they sent in a blow up bed.
Large, comfortable, very clean rooms with great tub and shower which seemed recently redone.
The bed is so comfortable, with an abundance of fluffy pillows.
Excellent stay, great service and nice furnishings including King bed.
The Ice House Lodge has two buildings - one for hotel rooms/suites and one for condominiums which are also rented out.
In addition best of all 'rico's' bar is great for one.
The restaurants offer some deals as well.
Close to great restaurants and the gondola is just a block away.
The continental breakfast was cereal, doughnuts, bagels and fresh fruit.
The hotel has a terrific continental breakfast and the staff was very friendly.
From the beginning of our stay the end the staff was very friendly and helpful, maid service was great, the rooms were very comfortable and equipped.

The pool is a bit shabby and the parking can be tricky, but on the whole, what a great hotel and great service.
It is 1 block from the in-town Gondola Station and 2 lifts for town-side double-black-diamond slopes, so it is effectively ski-on/ski-off.
It sits right by a stream and is steps away from the Gondola that takes you to Mountain Village and lifts so it really is a ski-in/ski-out.
The room, we had a single was small, but it was clean and updated.
