The hotel was clean and had active and excellent staff. The room was well decorated and modern, offered a mini bar, satellite TV, and climate control. Excellent restaurant served Turkish specialties.

Had very positive stay on holiday, the staff were accommodating, location was marvellous so close to the sea as IC Santai is. We had a big bedroom.

We had a fantastic stay at Ic Hotels Santai. The atmosphere was nice, and the staff, especially Hatice, the cleaning lady, was kind and helpful. The food and drinks were delicious, with a large selection of tasty meals. The hotel area was clean and well-maintained, and the beach had plenty of sunbeds. The hotel team was pleasant and provided different forms of entertainment. They even surprised me with a birthday celebration, including wine and a cake. The view from the room was beautiful, and the location, just a 2-minute walk to the beach, was perfect.

Marvellous location to the local market town Kadriye, and the rooms were luxurious and new-fashioned. The sea view was an unexpected bonus.

Our whole experience was restful, recommend. Our children and we truly enjoyed being there, it's beautifully designed and modern hotel. We had an early check-in, the room was spotless and well-equipped with large bed. The staff was lively and excellent, the service was attentive, they shared some useful information.

We had 2 special days here, recommend the place. Everything was first-class, including EXTREMELY FRIENDLY staff and marvellous location on the beach. We stayed in new-fashioned, neat room with the bedroom and drinks, for example.

It's fairly clean with a beachfront location in the lake area villas.
