Our Christmas holiday was amazing! We were welcomed at the airport with a personal escort, which was a nice treat. Our rooms were cleaned and restocked every day, and we even received complementary fruit and chocolates. The location was perfect, with easy access to a private beach and plenty of pool options. We also enjoyed the variety of food options and the friendly staff who were always willing to help.

There were a couple of downsides. The lighting around the pool was quite dim which made it difficult to relax outside at night.

Additionally, guests have the opportunity to use the facilities at the Green Palace, providing even more options for entertainment and relaxation.

The two-bedroom villa on the first floor was perfect, and we had our own sunbathing pod. The spa treatments were the best massages we've ever had. The waiters in the restaurant were incredibly attentive and accommodating. The food at the a la carte and Italian restaurants was outstanding. The personal touch and quality of service made our stay unforgettable. I highly recommend this hotel for a peaceful and enjoyable vacation.
