Ibrahim Pasa Oteli is a small designer hotel that mixes modernism with antique Ottoman. Crisp white linens, gold mirrors and parquet floors appoint the luxurious rooms. Breakfast is served in a kitchen downstairs amid such lovely surroundings that it is difficult to want to leave. It is worth paying for one of the four deluxe rooms, as the other 12 seem to be overpriced for what you get.
