The hotel provided a helpful customer service during our trip. Authentic, attractive room complete with mountain views, bedroom, for instance. The breakfast was lovely and excellent, we truly enjoyed variety of meals. We have to thank great staff for a memorable stay.

I loved staying here and would return here. Everything was very good - luxurious rooms and savoury breakfasts. The staff was efficient and incredibly friendly, some of them especially. Incredible position was an added bonus. Lovely restaurant provided local dishes.

The staff was not very friendly.

We recently stayed at Rural Ibo Alfaro - Offline Hotel for a relaxing hiking trip on La Gomera. The proprietors were incredibly helpful and provided us with great information on local walks and swimming spots. The hotel itself is beautiful with panoramic views and a homely atmosphere. The breakfast, although continental, was well presented and enjoyed on the terrace overlooking the mountains. If you're looking for a peaceful stay in a less touristy area, I definitely recommend this place.

The hotel staff went above and beyond to make us feel at home and enjoy our time. The breakfast on the terrace with a breathtaking view was a special way to start each day. The rooms were beautifully decorated and the bed was incredibly comfortable. Whenever we had a question or needed assistance with our trip, the staff were patient and helpful. Thank you to Isabel and the team for creating such a wonderful experience. We definitely recommend this place!

The breakfast spread was excellent, with a variety of options to choose from. The staff were friendly and helpful, providing great service throughout our stay. The location of the hotel was ideal, nestled in a picturesque mountainside setting.

The rooms were quite chilly and dark, lacking in creature comforts. the village itself had little to offer, with limited dining options and a lack of amenities or entertainment.

The service was helpful with parking nearby. Greatly enjoyed the twin room with great breakfast, a gorgeous view plus the modern bathroom I was given. Location: the hotel was just next door to Hermigua on a round trip on La Gomera...

Shame the bathroom was a bit small.

We truly enjoyed the hotel, it was lovely old fashioned and great relaxing and had perfect location just off pointing out all the best local restaurants and the beach. There was free Wi-Fi in public areas and the service in general was helpful.

Stunning old hotel, beautifully renovated with excellent bed and bathroom. Small private balcony and large outside patio with amazing views all over the valley. Communal lounge area and separate breakfast room for relaxation. Lovely restaurant at the bottom of the road near the bus stop.

Didn't dislike anything about the property.

Incredible views of the mountains and valley. The hosts were very welcoming and offered excellent local tips on walks and restaurants. The breakfast was amazing with many healthy options and fresh local cheese and meat. The absence of a TV in the room made it more peaceful and relaxing.

The double bed was made up of two single beds, but this is common in most hotels. Taxis organized by the hotel can be expensive.
