I really enjoyed the freshly made food. The staff was willing to help, I was taken care of. The location was absolutely perfect, next to transport, the cafe district and medieval centre as well as all the associated restaurants and easily accessible. And it was at a moderate distance from Auberge reine de sicile, ate there couple of times

Well, it was a thoroughly enjoyable stay for holidays. The staff was willing to help, and accommodated us. There was variety of good meals. The location of the property was magnificent, in beautiful area. And it's not very far from l'escale du Maroc, ate there once or twice. We liked staying in this hotel!

Had 1 night in Saumur, spent our time here lovely. The staff was willing to help and always had a smile. The rooms were fairly quiet with view, the staff were fantastic. The location couldn't be more marvellous and brilliant close to city centre.

Completely refurbished and quite rooms close to the center. Free parking in the street next to the hotel. Friendly staff. Ok breakfast. Perfect for a cheap and comfortable overnight. Our room had sight on the Loire river and Castle of Saumur.

Reasonably clean place with incredibly helpful and patient stuff members and city views. Well-kept room, a shower, a hair dryer, and guest toiletries in the room.

The breakfast was satisfactory, sensational with good coffee and various breads, as for instance. The rooms were brand-new and well-kept with private bathroom.

This hotel is a great find for anyone on a budget. The location is perfect, right across from the train station which makes it very convenient for travelers. The staff are friendly and helpful, ensuring a smooth check-in process. The rooms are clean and comfortable, with good beds that provide a great night's sleep. I also loved the view of the castle from my room, it added a special touch to my stay. The breakfast included in my rate was a pleasant surprise, offering a wide variation of options to choose from. this hotel offers great value for money and attention to detail.

Brand-new hotel, terrific for a stopover. Spotlessly clean and trendy rooms with a hot shower as well as a huge double bed. Sensational breakfast with good coffee and coissants, for example and pleasant staff. Great and perfect location at a short distance from Pont Cessart Arch Bridge. Excellent restaurant at a short distance from the venue. Simply no complaints whatsoever, such great stay.

The hotel was in a marvellous location close enough to train station, free car parking's, and bridge. Overall it was exceptionally clean with nice view. The staff were all exceptional, pretty friendly.

hotel was top rated, excellent services, and it had ideal location in beautiful area. the breakfast selections were very very good, i liked croissants, slices of fresh bread, cereal, cakes and fresh fruit. location: the property was short walk to the old town and cathedral, secure parking for and railway station.

The hotel is in a great location, just across the road from the railway station, making it ideal for exploring the beautiful Loire Valley. The free parking opposite the train station is a big bonus, especially if you're traveling by car. The rooms are spacious and modern, with comfortable beds and clean bathrooms. The staff provide excellent service and the included breakfast is of high quality. Additionally, the hotel offers secure storage for bicycles for those who enjoy cycling in the area.

One small downside is that there is no tea or coffee facilities in the rooms, which would have been a nice touch.

Air conditioning, a TV and a radio inside the standard queen room were handy. The bedrooms were comfortable, featuring city view. The staff was willing to help whole time. The location turned out to be brilliant, right by the centre across the Loire bridges, train, and croissants.
