  Nice view, handy to the park and near to the lake. Furthermore good value for money and easy walk to conference venue. The rate is great and staff is friendly.

  Low water pressure, the food is expensive.

  Convenient to downtown area, the car park was great as part of is undercover and right near the lake. Also rotorua is well worth seeing, the staff are very friendly and helpful, reception informed that we had to pay an additional nzd30 per night we wish to have a room. Able to walk everywhere for shopping meals entertainment.

  I loved the location and the car park was great as part of is undercover. Furthermore rotorua is well worth seeing and the staff are very friendly and helpful. The room is very clean, that kids are free for breakfast.

  The location was excellent and that was easy access to town. Th e whole stay was nice, the venue was extremely quiet and price was good too because was on special. The staff were helpful and room was very large and clean. The computer was convenient and breakfast buffet even at 10 am seemed well serviced.

  Pillow was very uncomfortable -caused stiff neck and the asian lady at the front desk made me feel i was an inconveniance. The managers did try to correct the error.

  Location is very good, hotel is close to the 'eating' street many popular restaurants/cafes are located and well set out in normal IBIS style. The staff are so genuinely polite friendly and helpful, nice rooms close to everything. 3) The breakfast buffet is completely adequate.

  The location was ideal, the hotel was clean and the venue was extremely quiet. For that price was realy good /camere piccole ma pulite e essenziali and the front desk staff were excellent. Room was not large and the computer was convenient.

  Great central Location and in a quiet street. Good value for money and within easy walking distance to city shops. The staff friendly and fast check-in. The room was very clean and the breakfast was varied.

  Great location and the beautiful lake. Very nice welcoming hotel, everything available for a very good price and staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was lovely, breakfast was $19 per person for cooked continental.
